尹国均，教授、博士、中国美术家协会会员、中国建筑师学会会员、英国皇家建造师学会资深会员。

1980-1984年四川美术学院绘画系版画专业

1987-1990年重庆大学建筑学院硕士研究生，建筑学硕士

1992-1996年北京大学现代文学博士候选人。1996年获得北京大学文学博士。

1996-1998年清华大学建筑学院建筑历史与理论博士后研究

1998年到中央美术学院任教，同年辞职开始职业从事概念艺术和大地艺术工作。

1999-2014年，先后在北京、重庆从事概念艺术活动，同时出版多部著作和多篇论文。

2014年美国杜克大学东亚系访问学者。

2006年至今，回归架上绘画。他的概念艺术活动所涉及的空间以几万平方米为单位计算，他说涉及的过程艺术关涉十几年，数以万计的会议评审讨论，范围涉及本土大多数区域和数以万计的照片和几百张草图。

In 1998, he became a professor at The Central Academy of Fine Arts. In the same year, he resigned and began to engage in conceptual art and land art professionally.

From 1999 to 2014, he was engaged in conceptual art activities in Beijing and Chongqing successively, and published many works and papers at the same time.

In 2014, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of East Asia, Duke University.

Since 2006, he has been engaged in easel painting. His concept art activities involve tens of thousands of square meters of space, his process art involves more than ten years, tens of thousands of conference reviews and discussions, covering most of the local areas, tens of thousands of photos and hundreds of sketches.
